PURPOSE.

A Small secure clubhouse to provide an all-weather social space for Juniper residents. This is an initiative of Juniper Youth, who have shown serious commitment to this idea over several years.

The fundamental choice is between a retail product, delivered on site. Or a structure we design and commission ourselves (See bottom of page for early ideas.).

SELF-BUILD CONCEPTS.

An alternative option to a retail purchase is for Juniper to commission and co-build a room designed to meet our needs, outlast any commercial product, use mostly recycled materials, and involve the community in its creation..
